Wildfire Awareness Season

El Dorado County Board of Supervisors officially proclaimed the period of April - October 2025 as Wildfire Awareness Season. This proclamation launches a wildfire awareness campaign with the theme HOPE IS NOT A STRATEGY - BE PREPARED! This campaign will educate residents in the county on actions they can take to be prepared and build resilience against wildfires. Click on the image to learn more.
