El Dorado County, CA - The El Dorado County Recorder-Clerk’s Office is pleased to announce the launch of a new free Property Monitoring Service, powered by EquityProtect, designed to help property owners detect and deter property-related fraud.

This no-cost service provides comprehensive monitoring of property title and public records, rental and sale listings, and the dark web.
