Town Hall Scheduled Regarding an Update to the “No Parking” Ordinance in South Lake Tahoe

(PLACERVILLE, CA) El Dorado County Department of Transportation (DOT) will hold a town hall meeting at Meyers Elementary School on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 6:00 pm to discuss proposed changes to the no-parking ordinance in South Lake Tahoe.
At the meeting, DOT will review the current ordinances for South Lake Tahoe, share concerns and issues experienced under the current no-parking ordinance, and present the proposed changes, followed by public comments.
DOT looks forward to this time of public engagement as we work to improve conditions for residents of South Lake Tahoe.
