The applicant is requesting the setback be reduced from 200-feet to 150-feet from the southern property line.

Public Input on El Dorado & Diamond Springs Community Design Standards

(PLACERVILLE, CA) — El Dorado County announced today a request for the public to engage in the process to develop design standards for the El Dorado and Diamond Springs area. The Planning Division released the Draft El Dorado & Diamond Springs Design Standards and Guidelines (DSG) for review and feedback, noting the public comment period will last 30 days from March 26 to April 27, 2026.

COMMUNITY ACTION COUNCIL SEEKS THREE NEW MEMBERS

The Council is looking to fill one vacancy with someone who can represent the interests and concerns of people and families with low incomes living in El Dorado County, with a special focus on housing, nutrition, and low-income program needs, and two vacancies with representatives from Community sector agencies.
