New Traffic Layout Starting September 19, 2026 Published on September 14, 2026 Missouri Flat Road will undergo a new traffic layout beginning September 19, 2026 as part of the County’s Diamond Springs Parkway Project. Traffic will be routed to the new pavement section between Halyard Lane and China Garden Road as indicated on the map below.
