Commercial and Multi-Family Design Standards
The County General Plan (Goal 2.4) encourages community-based planning in order to maintain and enhance the character of the County's existing rural and suburban communities.
Based on input from our communities, the County will be creating community-based design standards for the County's West Slope that will apply to commercial and multifamily development in each of the County's four Community Regions (Shingle Springs, El Dorado/Diamond Springs, El Dorado Hills and Cameron Park).
