PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A request to change the zoning of one (1) 1.42-acre parcel from a split zoning of Single-Family Residential (R1) and One-Acre Residential (R1A) to solely Single-Family Residential (R1) and a parcel map request to subdivide the subject parcel into three resultant parcels of 0.38-acres (Parcel 1), 0.56-acres (Parcel 2), and 0.49-acres (Parcel 3) respectively.

PUBLIC REVIEW PERIOD: The public review period for the Draft ND set forth in CEQA for this project is 30 days, beginning September 3, 2024, and ending October 2, 2024.
