Duties of the Commission
The El Dorado Fish and Wildlife Commission advises the Board of Supervisors on matters pertaining to the conservation of Fish and Game.
The commission also makes recommendations to the Board on the expenditure of Fish and Wildlife propagation funds and fine revenue and performs other duties and functions as directed by the Board. The commission is comprised of seven members, one from each supervisorial district and two At Large members appointed by the Board of Supervisors.
The commission is scheduled to meet on the last Wednesday of each month in Conference Room A, at 330 Fair Lane in Placerville. Meetings begin at 3:00 p.m.
The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
The May and September meetings are scheduled to be held in South Lake Tahoe.
