A passing score is 17/20 (85%). Incorrect entries may result in delays in processing your certification. If you do not pass the exam the first time, you can retake the test again until you pass and receive a certificate via email. A VHR may not operate without a Certified Local Contact, and the permit will be withheld until a Local Contact that has passed the exam is associated with the VHR.

If you are the same property management company switching from one person to another within the company, you will need to provide a copy of your LC Test, Local Contact Acknowledgement and updated signs if anything is changing on the signs.
