TRA details identify if the property is serviced by a local district for fire protection.  Some areas in El Dorado County are not serviced by a local district for fire protection.  Please contact the specific local district to confirm fire protection services for a particular property.  Most, but not all, of the local districts providing fire protection services include the word “Fire” in their name.  

The following local districts provide fire services:

• Cameron Park Community Services
• City of Placerville (via El Dorado County Fire Protection District - Placerville Zone)
• City of South Lake Tahoe
• Diamond Springs/El Dorado Fire Protection District, including the following Zones:
  • Diamond Springs/El Dorado Fire Protection District - Diamond Industrial Space Zone
• El Dorado County Fire Protection District, including the following Zones:
  • El Dorado County Fire Protection District - City of Placerville Zone
  • El Dorado County Fire Protection District - Coloma/Lotus Zone
  • El Dorado County Fire Protection District - Northside Zone
  • El Dorado County Fire Protection District - Placerville Zone
  • El Dorado County Fire Protection District - Shingle Springs Zone
  • El Dorado County Fire Protection District - Strawberry Zone
