Professional Filings must be completed in person. You will need to complete the appropriate registration and schedule an appointment using the links below:
Notary Bond Filing
Items you will need:
- Please fill out the following application prior to your arrival: Notary Oath Registration
- Two blank Notary Oath Forms
- Notary Commission
- Four year bond in the amount of $15,000.00
- A $35.00 check for filing of the Notary Oath
- Recording fees for the Bond - $14.00/1st page and $3.00/each additional page
Legal Document Assistant
Items you will need:
- Please fill out the following application prior to your arrival: Legal Document Assistant Registration
- Fee of $175.00 for registration
- Fee of $10.00 for I.D. card
- Two year bond in the amount of $25,000.00 or cash deposit
- Recording fees for the Bond - $14.00/1st page and $3.00/each additional page
Process Server
Items you will need:
- Complete the Process Server Registration
- Two year bond in the amount of $2,000.00
- Live Scan Fingerprints(PDF, 984KB) - Fingerprints must be submitting prior to registration in office
- $100.00 for filing fee
- $10.00 for Photo ID cards
- Recording fees for the Bond - $14.00/1st page and $3.00/each additional page
Unlawful Detainer Assistant
Items you will need:
- Please fill out the following application prior to your arrival: Unlawful Detainer Assistant Registration
- Filing fee of $175.00 (includes 1st photo card)
- Additional cards $10.00 each
- Two year bond in amount of $25,000.00
- Recording fees for the Bond - $14.00/1st page and $3.00/each additional page
