Marble Valley Specific Plan Notice of Availability of the RDEIR

This Partial recirculated DEIR was available for public and agency review for a 60-day period which began April 23, 2025, and ended June 23, 2025. The purpose of this comment period was to consider the updated content of the biological resources, hazards and hazardous materials, and recreation resource categories of the DEIR and the potential environmental impacts that may result from project implementation, not the positive or negative attributes of the proposed project itself. Comments pertaining to the impact analysis, criteria and thresholds, and mitigation measures in the Partial RDEIR will be considered by the County during preparation of the Final EIR (FEIR). The FEIR will include copies of the comments received on the Partial RDEIR and the DEIR, and the County’s responses to those comments.
