On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Shingle Springs Design Standards and Guidelines(PDF, 5MB) applying to commercial, multifamily and mixed-use development in the Shingle Springs Community Region. This document will become effective on April 3, 2026.
