CANDIDATE - Publish Notice of Election (E.C. § 12112, 12113, G.C. § 6060, 6061)

Publish a single Notice of Election between these dates containing the following:

  • Date of election
  • Name of each office for which candidates may file
  • Qualifications required for each office
  • Location where declaration of candidacy may be obtained
  • Date and time after which no Declaration of Candidacy may be accepted for filing
  • Office in which completed declarations are to be filed
  • Statement that appointment(s) will be made if there are insufficient nominees
