Measure B

“Shall the measure to levy an annual special tax in an amount of $450.00 with annual adjustments tied to the Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index on each parcel of land within the Fernwood-Cothrin Ranch Zone of Benefit commencing fiscal year 2026/2027 and continuing for an unlimited duration, to be used only for road improvements and maintenance and generating an annual revenue of approximately $118,800.00, to replace the current special tax of $150.00, be adopted?”

Measure C

“Shall the measure to levy an annual special tax in an amount of $450.00 on each parcel of land within the Meadowview Acres Zone of Benefit commencing fiscal year 2026/2027 and continuing for an unlimited duration, to be used only for road improvements and maintenance and generating an annual revenue of approximately $42,300, to replace the current special tax of $350, be adopted?”

Measure E

“Shall the measure to levy an annual special tax in an amount of $685.00 on each parcel of land within the Walnut Drive Zone of Benefit commencing fiscal year 2026/2027 and continuing for an unlimited duration, to be used only for road improvements and maintenance and generating an annual revenue of approximately $51,375, to replace the current benefit assessment of $325, be adopted?”
