Title 130 Zoning Ordinance Updates

The Zoning Ordinance (Title 130 of County Ordinance Code) includes broad land use and development requirements for properties within the unincorporated portions of the County. As the Zoning Ordinance is frequently updated, information about future Zoning Ordinance updates, including opportunities for public involvement, will be posted to this page as new Zoning Ordinance updates are announced.  

2026 Digital Signs Amendments  

On January 6, 2026, the Board of Supervisors (Board) directed staff to initiate new Zoning Ordinance amendments regarding digital signs. Click here for meeting details, including project background and a copy of the Board's Resolution of Intention explaining the scope of the Board's requested ordinance revisions and authorizing this Zoning Ordinance update.
