The Zoning Ordinance (Title 130 of County Ordinance Code) includes broad land use and development requirements for properties within the unincorporated portions of the County. As the Zoning Ordinance is frequently updated, information about future Zoning Ordinance updates, including opportunities for public involvement, will be posted to this page as new Zoning Ordinance updates are announced.

There will be many opportunities for public involvement in future Zoning Ordinance updates as they move forward, including participation at public workshops and hearings with the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors.
