County Randomized Alphabet Drawing

The Registrar of Voters will conduct a drawing of the letters of the alphabet on:

Date: March 12, 2026

Time: 11:00 a.m.

Location: County of El Dorado Elections Department

3883 Ponderosa Rd, Shingle Springs, CA 95682

Pursuant to Elections Code § 13111(i) the resulting order of letters constitutes the alphabet to be used for determining the order of State Senate and State Assembly candidates appearing on the county’s ballot for the June 2, 2026 Statewide Primary Election. The order of the random alphabet applies throughout the whole name, not just the first letter.

The public is invited to observe the drawing.
