Declaration of Candidacy and Nomination Papers

February 9, 2026 - March 6, 2026

Between these dates candidates may obtain and file a Declaration of Candidacy with the Registrar of Voters. The ballot designation worksheet must be filed at the same time as the Declaration of Candidacy. The Registrar of Voters will issue the Declaration of Candidacy.  candidate whose Declaration of Candidacy has been filed for any primary election may withdraw as candidate at that primary election.
