Leave Management Program

Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and California Family Rights Act (CFRA)
Typically run concurrently, these Federal and State laws require an employer to provide up to twelve (12) weeks of protected unpaid leave to eligible employees for certain family and medical reasons. 

Pregnancy Disability Leave
In California, a woman who is disabled due to pregnancy is entitled to up to 17.33 weeks off work, depending on her period of medically certified disability caused by her pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions. 

State Disability Insurance (SDI) and Paid Family Leave (PFL)
Programs run by the State of California that may provide temporary benefit payments when you are out on a qualified leave of absence.
