CalFresh Healthy Living

CalFresh Healthy Living (CFHL) is an evidence-based program that helps people lead healthier lives.

CFHL teaches people using or eligible for CalFresh (California's Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) about good nutrition, how to make their food dollars stretch further, and how to integrate physical activity into their daily lives.

Community Partnerships

CFHL works by building partnerships with all types of community organizations.

Through community outreach, social marketing campaigns, and policy work, CFHL strives to improve the policies, systems, and the environment of the community.
