Quarterly Meetings
The meetings of the Paramedic Advisory Committee (PAC), Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Committee and Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) occur sequentially on the same day. The meeting day schedule follows the pattern below:

Paramedic Advisory Committee
08:30 - 10:30 PAC will be in-person only for the July 11, 2025 meeting
The PAC is a venue for paramedics and other EMS system stakeholders to review and revise protocols, procedures, and field policies.
Continuous Quality Improvement Committee
10:30 - 12:30
The focus of the CQI Committee is ensuring systemwide performance against patient-centered measures of quality, with emphasis on identifying and overcoming challenges faced by field providers.
Medical Advisory Committee
13:00 - 15:00
Chaired by the EMS Agency Medical Director, the MAC maintains high-level oversight on the aims and objectives of the EMS system, whilst providing a forum to affect policy in service of those objectives.
Quarters
Meetings occur on the second Wednesday in March, June, September, and December.
