Quarterly Meetings
The meetings of the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Committee and Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) occur sequentially on the same day. The meeting day schedule follows the pattern below:
Paramedic Advisory Committee
The PAC Committee is currently paused.
The PAC is a venue for paramedics and other EMS system stakeholders to review and revise protocols, procedures, and field policies.
Continuous Quality Improvement Committee
10:30 - 12:30
The focus of the CQI Committee is ensuring systemwide performance against patient-centered measures of quality, with emphasis on identifying and overcoming challenges faced by field providers.
Medical Advisory Committee
13:00 - 15:00
Chaired by the EMS Agency Medical Director, the MAC maintains high-level oversight on the aims and objectives of the EMS system, whilst providing a forum to affect policy in service of those objectives.
Quarters
Meetings occur on the second Wednesday in March, June, September, and December.
