The Area Agency on Aging (AAA) is responsible for the administration of older adult programs for El Dorado County residents 60 years of age and older. AAA develops and implements the Area Plan for Older Adult Services in El Dorado County.

Participants denied or dissatisfied with an older adult service provided by the El Dorado County Area Agency on Aging (AAA) have the right to file a grievance with the AAA. For more information about the Agency’s Grievance Procedure, please contact AAA at (530) 621-6150.
