Obtaining a Business License
Renew your Business License
You'll need to have your business license account number and PIN ready to renew online. Your account number was emailed to you or can be found on your renewal form in the upper left section.
Pay License Fees
You'll need to have your business license account number and PIN ready to pay online.
Search for Records
You can search our records for any licensed business in El Dorado County. You can search by business name, address, type or account number.
Submit a Complaint
Fill out the Business License Complaint Form(PDF, 109KB) and submit to the El Dorado County Treasurer-Tax Collector.
Change of Ownership
Complete your business account closure online or fill out the Business License Closure or Change of Ownership Form and submit to the El Dorado County Treasurer-Tax Collector.
