Community Region Design Standards

Development of permanent community-based design standards for multifamily, mixed-use and commercial development in each of the County's Community Regions (Shingle Springs, El Dorado/Diamond Springs, Cameron Park and El Dorado Hills) is anticipated to begin in early 2025.   More information will be posted here as soon as it becomes available.
