El Dorado Hills Community Design Standards

Starting in May 2025, the County will begin developing permanent design standards for multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects in the County's Community regions. These standards will be created for each of the following areas: 1) Shingle Springs, 2) El Dorado/Diamond Springs, 3) Cameron Park, and 4) El Dorado Hills. We'll share more information here as it becomes available.
