Cameron Park Community Design Standards
Starting in May 2025, the County began working with community members to create permanent design standards for new multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects in the County's Community Regions (Shingle Springs, El Dorado/Diamond Springs, Cameron Park, and El Dorado Hills).
On Monday, October 27, 2025, the Cameron Park Design Review Committee (DRC) hosted a County kickoff meeting for the Cameron Park community design standards. At this meeting, staff provided a project overview and announced an opportunity for community members to participate in a Stakeholder Advisory Team (SAT) to assist staff and consultants with developing the new standards.
