Cameron Park Community Design Standards

Starting in May 2025, the County began working with community members to create permanent design standards for new multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects in the County's Community Regions (Shingle Springs, El Dorado/Diamond Springs, Cameron Park, and El Dorado Hills). Work on the Cameron Park design standards began in October 2025.
Share your thoughts! There will be many opportunities for community feedback as the document is developed. Check the page below for more information and how to get involved.
