9/17/2026 - Construction continues on the Diamond Springs Parkway 1B Project between Missouri Flat Road and Highway 49. This road work will require closure of the interim parking area beginning September 18, 2026. Old Depot Bike Park and El Dorado Trail parking will be temporarily available at the southern end of the parking lot of 4369 Golden Center Drive and the southwest portion of the Walmart parking lot (4300 Missouri Flat Road). Old Depot Bike Park is adjacent to a paved segment of El Dorado Trail ideal for biking. This park consists of an asphalt pump track, several dirt jumps, children's play area, exercise equipment, picnic tables, restrooms, and a bike repair station. The park is open daily from 6 AM until dusk.
