Henningsen Lotus Park

Located on the South Fork of the American River, the 51-acre park provides a wide variety of recreation opportunities. The park provides a boat launch, beach area, barbeque grills, playground, drinking fountains, doggy walk stations, enclosed pavilion, and two shade structures that can host a variety of events. The park also has two soccer fields and lighted softball/baseball fields that provide year-round youth sports. Private vehicle parking is $10 per car. The park is open daily from 6 AM until dusk.

2026 Annual Parking Passes are now available for purchase starting at $32 and will be valid until December 31, 2026. Passes can be purchased the following ways:
