General Plan Biological Resources Policy Update

The Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for this project consists of the Final EIR and the Draft EIR (incorporated by reference in accordance with State CEQA Guidelines Section 15132). The Final EIR contains the public and agency comments received on the Draft EIR. All written comments received during the public review period (June 30, 2016 through August 15, 2016), and responses to each of those comments, are included in the Final EIR. The Final EIR also includes those pages from the Draft EIR and its appendices that have been revised in response to comments.
