Early Intervention Programs
Includes Adults 55+, Culturally Responsive Care, Children Ages 0-5, Youth Connections, Child Welfare Involved Families, Justice Involved Youth, Veterans' Outreach, and Coordinated Specialty Care for First Episode Psychosis (CSC-FEP) which are designed to prevent mental illnesses and substance use disorders from becoming severe and disabling and to reduce disparities.

Includes the Workforce Development Project, Behavioral Health Staff License and Certification Reimbursement, Behavioral Health Hiring Incentives, and Community Education Initiative. These projects are designed to support a stable and qualified workforce capable of meeting community needs across the behavioral health continuum.
Capital Facilities and Technology Needs
Includes the Electronic Health Record (EHR), Forni Road Housing Services Site, Behavioral Health Facilities Sustainability Program, and the Behavioral Health Technologies Sustainability (BHTS) program. Across these programs behavioral health is addressed through enhanced communication between health care professionals, supporting capital development, and preserving county owned and operated health sites to deliver quality services to behavioral health clients.
