The 2014 West African Ebola outbreak ended in 2015. However, if the Ebola situation were to change and you need to evaluate a patient suspected to have Ebola:
  • Ask about travel history, exposure to persons with Ebola, and the patient’s symptoms.
  • Isolate the patient in a private room.
